Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components, including diverters, scanners, and third-party interfacing equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems using structured troubleshooting.
  • •Respond to system interruptions (carrier jams, sensor faults, control logic errors) and perform resets and root cause analysis.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with BEUMER standards and OEM documentation, maintaining required logs.
  • •Interface with SAC and PLC systems to monitor performance, execute logic-based interventions, support upgrades/retrofits, and assist continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical or mechanical degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • •0–2 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems (sensors, actuators, motors, and controls).
  • •Proficiency with BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred), plus fault diagnostics.
