Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and prioritize events, research and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events that align with ICP and revenue goals; own rolling 12-month event calendar
  • •Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with event organizers, vendors, and venues
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end event details including booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, hotel blocks, and travel logistics
  • •Be the on-site point of contact; attend events, set up/tear down booths, troubleshoot in real time, ensure strong presence
  • •Drive pipeline with sales by booking pre-show meetings, hosting dinners and customer events, and ensuring leads are captured and followed up quickly

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally B2B or tech
  • •Track record of organizing events end to end, even at smaller scale
  • •Experience managing an events budget, forecasting and tracking spend to maximize ROI
  • •Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue
  • •Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter in events marketing (research, vendor outreach, post-event reporting, content drafting, lead enrichment, etc.)
