Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute projects from PO to handover using modern project management practices, including electrical and/or automation scopes.
  • •Take full responsibility for assigned projects and bring them to successful completion using Eaton project management processes and tools.
  • •Identify, build, and maintain the project team; organize kick-off and regular meetings to ensure clear scope and deliverables alignment.
  • •Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders and align with internal engineering teams on deliverables per technical specifications.
  • •Manage project margin by controlling costs, managing variations, and maintaining financial forecast and status; lead training and lessons-learned closeout at project closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with strong preference for electrical engineering.
  • •5+ years of project/site management experience with hands-on site works, ideally including data centers.
  • •Strong electrical background, with desired training in power distribution.
  • •Experience with power management/control, mission critical, or building management systems.
  • •Fluent German.
