Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate products by performing EMI/EMC tests according to applicable IEC/CISPR/FCC/MIL/RTCA-DO standards.
  • •Prepare and verify test setups based on test plans and drawings; monitor results and generate test reports.
  • •Perform and troubleshoot EMI/EMC test activities (e.g., radiated/conducted emission and immunity, ESD, surge, EFT, VDI) and analyze results using engineering calculations/tools.
  • •Maintain lab equipment, manage and track test requests, implement and maintain 5S and safety practices, and coordinate calibrations and subcontract activities.
  • •Support lab planning by contributing to equipment and upgrade roadmaps, maintain inventory and order materials, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Power Electronics Engineering.
  • •2-4 years of experience in EMI/EMC testing domain.
  • •Sound knowledge of EMC standards including IEC, CISPR, FCC, MIL, DO160, ISO, and RTCA-DO.
  • •Hands-on experience performing EMC tests such as radiated/conducted emission and immunity, ESD, surge, BCI, EFT, and VDI.
  • •Maintenance experience with EMI/EMC equipment and anechoic chamber components, including relevant chamber software and parameters.
