Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily.
  • •Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through product knowledge and personal testimony.
  • •Assist with processing shipment and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
  • •Ensure front- and back-of-house procedures are executed per company Policy & Procedures, keeping the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
