•Drive alignment and roadmap across squads to ensure coordinated execution and avoid duplication of effort.
•Own prioritization across multiple squads, balancing business impact, feasibility, technical maturity, adoption potential, and resource constraints.
•Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle thinking, from opportunity framing and evaluation design through deployment, monitoring, iteration, and value realization.
•Partner with Integrated Analytics Partners, Data Science leadership, and Engineering to ensure analytics investments are coordinated, scalable, and focused on high-impact opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
•12+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in digital product management.
•Strong track record leading data science or ML initiatives and delivering production-grade analytics solutions.
•Experience partnering with data science leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to align analytics investments with business strategy.
•Proven ability to drive prioritization, roadmaps, and governance across multiple squads and stakeholders.
