Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support complex technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, including accounting memos and presentations.
  • •Build accounting analytics capabilities (dashboards, exception reports, flux analysis) to identify risk areas and misstatements.
  • •Support global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close execution, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and audit support.
  • •Support SEC/corporate reporting disclosures and reporting packages, including tie-outs and explanations of significant matters.
  • •Strengthen controls and audit readiness by designing/improving SOX controls, remediation plans, and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA preferred or Chartered Accountant.
  • •12–15 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including public accounting and public-company controllership experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
  • •Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, and internal controls.
  • •Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, developing talent, and leading process improvements.
