Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement comprehensive GRC frameworks and policies aligned with organizational goals.
•Conduct regular risk assessments to identify threats to technology systems and develop mitigation plans.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including audits and continuous monitoring.
•Develop and deliver training programs and awareness initiatives on GRC best practices across the organization.
•Monitor, report, and continuously improve GRC initiatives, including dashboards, metrics, and vendor/third-party risk management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GRC, IT risk, compliance, or quality management.
•Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive GRC frameworks, policies, and documentation.
•Ability to conduct regular risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk register.
•Familiarity with regulatory changes, industry standards, audits, and policy enforcement.
