Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide service support for customers at customer sites in partnership with the Global Helpdesk.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance visits and restore functionality to customers’ assets.
  • •Clean and maintain AV equipment, including camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans.
  • •Install control programs (AMX/Crestron/firmware) and support networked devices (routers, IP protocols).
  • •Travel to job sites as required and follow OSHA standards; assist/train as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and quality service tasks at customer sites.
  • •Knowledge of AV systems, including cleaning and handling equipment (e.g., cameras, monitors, fans).
  • •Experience installing and troubleshooting control programs and firmware (AMX/Crestron).
