Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost.
  • •Track and measure effectiveness of implemented improvements and improvement programs.
  • •Lead and support Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), and other continuous improvement activities.
  • •Assist with plant-wide 5S initiatives, visual workplace solutions, and documentation/training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technology support environment
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
