Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the engineering team is engaged to resolve technical issues and support delivery, producibility, and technology development metrics.
  • •Provide part family technical leadership and planning by aligning staffing needs with program objectives across CIPT and CSE sites.
  • •Drive improvements in quality and delivery performance to meet program requirements.
  • •Engage internal/external hardware suppliers to investigate quality or delivery issues and develop improvement plans.
  • •Mentor staff on individual development programs and goals and support organizational goals identified in Policy Deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 12+ years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree in Engineering and 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • •U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance.
  • •Experience supporting composites engineering, including technical leadership for composite delivery, producibility, and technology development.
  • •Experience in composite design/structures leadership and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
