•Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for candidates.

Key Requirements

•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
•At least 2 years of recruitment experience from the tech industry (agency, search firm, or in-house).
