Senior Construction Project Manager - Facilities Management

Manage large-scale facilities construction projects end-to-end, including pre-design through closeout. Confirm authorization and funding, develop cash flow projections, and monitor financial performance while overseeing capital equipment acquisition and coordination for move-in and start-up. Lead and coordinate technical teams, consultants, contractors, and inspectors, ensuring safe work practices, cost/schedule/quality control, and adherence to scope, budget, and regulations.
