Job Summary

Support Mobile Repair Team and engine repair station operations by keeping engine tooling and specialized support equipment safe, serviceable, and mission ready. Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish tooling; manage the full tooling lifecycle including serialized tracking, inventory accuracy, calibration preparation, and shipping. Maintain compliant documentation and storage areas while partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and approved modifications on engine tooling and support equipment.
•Receive, inspect, identify, issue, package, ship, receive, and store tooling while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability.
•Support calibration activities by preparing tooling for calibration, processing returned tooling, identifying out-of-tolerance equipment, and documenting results.
•Evaluate tooling for serviceability and identify tooling requiring repair, calibration, quarantine, or disposition.
•Maintain accurate documentation and serialized tooling records within company systems, including storage area compliance and support for investigations and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of mechanical, maintenance, tooling, manufacturing, or aerospace experience.
•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, work instructions, and service bulletins.
•Prior experience with calibration processes and serialized tooling management.
•FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
•Nondestructive Testing (NDT) certification or willingness to obtain qualifications.
