Job Summary

Join the Americas Internal Audit team to assist in internal financial and operational control audits across Live Nation businesses. You’ll evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational and Sarbanes-Oxley controls, document process walkthroughs, identify control risks, and recommend improvements. Working closely with senior auditors, you’ll monitor and remediate audit issues, liaise with external auditors and external stakeholders, and travel 15–20% across North and South America.

•Assist in internal financial and operational control audits across Live Nation businesses.
•Assist in testing and evaluation of internal controls for accounting and financial reporting under Sarbanes-Oxley.
•Document walkthroughs of financial processes, including key controls, systems, and information produced by the entity.
•Monitor and follow up on audit issues, supporting remediation efforts for the majority of the time.
•Communicate with external auditors, process owners, and management regarding audit requests, findings, risks, and recommended solutions.
