Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or support advisor management of client engagements.
  • •Determine client allocations by analyzing objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, income, and investment experience.
  • •Execute investment and planning activities, including rebalancing, money movements, and tax-related strategies.
  • •Monitor investments and performance, recommend portfolio changes, and perform or coordinate client account administration tasks.
  • •Prepare proposals, manage meeting follow-ups, and coordinate as needed with clients’ attorneys and accountants.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of wealth management experience (other/additional experience considered).
  • •CFP and/or other wealth management designations preferred.
  • •Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and organized, detail-oriented execution.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning software is a plus.
