Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Functional and Regional Audit Executives and country/legal entity heads to perform risk assessments and develop/shaping the audit plan aligned to key risks and trends.
  • •Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of risk-based audits (local, connected and global thematic reviews) focused on commercial property and casualty insurance topics, ensuring appropriate resourcing and technical expertise.
  • •Provide subject matter expertise across audit processes, including scoping, audit reports, and critical stakeholder meetings.
  • •Oversee tracking and closure of agreed actions.
  • •Oversee performance and development of assigned team members and support the evolution of audit capabilities through upskilling and knowledge sharing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 167,600 - 274,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in the Audit area, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 12+ years in the Audit area, OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate’s degree and 10+ years in the Audit area.
  • •8–10 years of relevant experience in auditing, including 2–4 years holding senior roles at a Senior Manager level, OR VP/Director level or equivalent.
  • •Experience in third-party, outsourcing and project management auditing.
  • •Experience in commercial insurance is an advantage.
  • •Strong project management skills, including organizing teams, prioritizing tasks, guiding and coaching to deliver on time and to quality standards.
