Junior Costs Negotiator

Manage a caseload of MOD disease claims by reviewing cases, formulating initial costs strategies, and negotiating settlements through early telephone discussions. Prepare points of dispute, assess strengths and weaknesses in both parties’ positions, and provide clear client updates within SLAs/KPIs. You’ll attend conferences, hearings, and mediations (remote and in person), delegate to a paralegal, and ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
