Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PD from early development through commercialization across prototypes and sampling types, ensuring on-time execution.
  • •Handle special techniques (printing, laser, emboss) and manage leather/materials/components/hardware with cross-functional teams and factories.
  • •Partner with engineering to enforce quality standards, check samples before sending to New York, and address risks with testing/trials as needed.
  • •Build connectivity across strategy costing, materials sourcing, hardware, and production teams to exchange information and ensure correct components meet quality standards.
  • •Lead handover meetings, update required reports in EC-Vision, manage transfer development allocation lists, and visit sampling partners to verify correct sample execution before shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •1 or 2 years of product development experience in handbags, wallets, or accessories (branded experience preferred) or top fresh graduate talent.
  • •Strong organization, initiative, and the ability to follow up design requirements independently and effectively.
  • •Good communication, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Knowledge of bag/fashion accessories making processes and familiarity with fabric and leather.
  • •Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; English proficiency.
