Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and monitor the ticket counter area to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including troubleshooting kiosk technology issues.
  • •Verify carry-on baggage complies with FAA/American Airlines policies and verify/clear international travel documents using Timatic.
  • •Support checked baggage processing, including transactions, self-tagging, and weight verification.
  • •Assist with customer movement and special assistance needs, including boarding/deplaning for mobility needs and unaccompanied minors.
