Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, specification, and integration of RF power delivery systems including RF generators, match networks, RF sensors/diagnostics, transmission lines, and RF grounding/shielding architectures.
  • •Translate process, system, and customer needs into RF subsystem requirements and RF architectures optimized for plasma performance, uniformity, stability, and repeatability.
  • •Serve as RF technical lead on advanced development programs; drive subsystem integration and support verification/validation, prototype bring-up, system qualification, design reviews, and customer demonstrations.
  • •Use analytical and simulation tools (e.g., circuit analysis, EM modeling, power-loss analysis, impedance matching, thermal/reliability assessments) and correlate predictions with experimental results.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for RF technology; mentor junior engineers, drive data-driven technical decisions, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions for RF-related failures.

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years developing RF systems in semiconductor equipment, plasma processing, power electronics, communications, aerospace, or related industries.
  • •Strong foundation in RF circuit design, electromagnetics, impedance matching, transmission line theory, and high-frequency power delivery systems.
  • •Experience with RF generators and matching networks, plus hands-on troubleshooting and laboratory characterization.
