Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate complex commissioning teams and stakeholders for very technical systems.
  • •Direct the commissioning process to verify systems are designed, installed, and operate within the basis of design and specified criteria.
  • •Review MEP design documents and sequences of operation for conformance, and develop system checklists and functional performance operational tests.
  • •Conduct site walks/inspections, oversee onsite system testing and monitoring, and document results and site observation reports.
  • •Manage project execution and project finances (budgets, job costs, forecasting, billing, and invoicing) while tracking and resolving issues with contractors, engineers, and owners.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant building science, plus 15 years of relevant experience (equivalent progressive experience may be considered).
  • •Knowledge of MEP systems installation and operation.
  • •Experience with life science, healthcare, and data center facilities strongly preferred.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; commissioning certification (such as CxA, CCP, or BCxP) and LEED AP preferred.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and document formatting.
