Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze international risk transfer or alternative risk programs, including coverage and cost analysis, and create graphical program representations.
  • •Plan and design insurance program structure alternatives; provide benchmarking reports related to limits and programs.
  • •Prepare marketplace insurance submissions and coordinate market meetings and negotiations with Account Executives.
  • •Finalize program quotes and compare program options for client proposal presentations, including exposure, loss, and coverage term changes.
  • •Support new business and renewal strategy by preparing RFP responses, acting as primary/secondary market contact, and serving as an AGCN representative for local office training and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience working on complex international insurance placements.

  • •A Property and Casualty Brokers License is required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already held).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
