Job Summary

Lead end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance for the Credit, Debit, Pre-Paid, and New Products & Solutions portfolio across Latin America and the Caribbean. Own multi-year direction, translate priorities into execution plans and governance, and manage portfolio P&Ls, KPIs, and analytics. Partner with market and cross-functional teams to shape pricing, segmentation, modernization initiatives, and go-to-market strategies while commercializing new product constructs and advising senior leadership.

•Own the end-to-end product strategy for Credit, Debit, Pre-Paid, and New Products & Solutions across LAC.
•Define and drive a multi-year strategic roadmap and translate priorities into actionable execution plans.
•Lead portfolio governance, product lifecycle management, go-to-market readiness, and launch excellence.
•Own full product P&Ls and define/track KPIs to monitor portfolio health, growth, and client adoption.
•Develop go-to-market strategies, identify growth levers, lead cross-market portfolio reviews, and commercialize new product constructs.

Key Requirements

•Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and business case development.
•Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
