Serve as an HR business partner for US e-commerce logistics operations, covering fulfillment and sortation centers. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as HRBP for US logistics operations covering fulfillment centers and sortation centers.
•Own end-to-end 0-to-1 organization buildout for self-operated facilities.
•Provide organization design advisory, including headcount planning, org structure, and labor model selection/implementation (BPO, staffing agency, direct hire).
•Build and optimize people management systems including attendance tracking, labor payroll, performance management, and frontline benefits (night shift, overtime, workplace safety programs).
•Align with HR OPR, Mobility, ER, and Management Research Institute teams on new site establishment, compliance processes, and system integration; partner with warehouse General Managers, 3PL providers, and staffing agencies.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of HRBP experience with prior industry experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or E-commerce fulfillment.
•Deep understanding of fulfillment center or sortation center operating models, labor structures, and frontline workforce management.
•Proven track record in organization design and building labor, performance, and compensation systems in a logistics environment.
•Knowledge of US labor law, staffing agency ecosystem, workers' compensation, and logistics compliance practices.
•Experience with regional/global/cross-cultural project management and strong relationship-building communication skills.
