Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior bankers to pitch strategies or transaction financing scenarios for equity and debt capital markets and corporate banking clients.
  • •Assist in the evaluation and execution of sell-side M&A engagements across the Financial Institutions Group.
  • •Provide financial analysis and prepare materials for capital markets opportunities, including IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles, and leveraged finance transactions.
