Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive burn-in system architecture for AMD packaged semiconductor products.
  • •Develop scalable burn-in solutions for advanced package technologies including chiplet-based architectures and 2.5D/3D integration.
  • •Lead system-level burn-in infrastructure work across power delivery, thermal management, burn-in boards/sockets, control/monitoring, and automation frameworks.
  • •Collaborate on burn-in strategies for qualification and production requirements, supporting NPI and manufacturing ramp activities.
  • •Use predictive analytics and AI techniques for equipment degradation/process drift detection, anomaly detection, failure/yield improvement, predictive maintenance, and explore generative AI for engineering workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 119,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, semiconductor engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Semiconductor industry experience with expertise in burn-in engineering and reliability engineering.
  • •Experience in product engineering and manufacturing equipment/system development, including evaluating and qualifying equipment.
  • •Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers and drive complex equipment/development programs, including managing technical escalations and establishing partnerships.
