Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams.
  • •Preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
