•Lead Fluidstack Labs, qualifying next-generation compute, network, and rack hardware ahead of fleet deployment.
•Own the qualification roadmap for testing scope, success criteria, and timing aligned with sourcing and deployment plans.
•Run the lab as an operation, ensuring environments, equipment, and throughput match vendor roadmaps.
•Make standardization and deploy-or-not decisions based on your team’s data.
•Publish lab results so the rest of the company can act on them.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 327,000 annually

•Led hardware qualification, systems engineering, or lab teams for compute or infrastructure.
•Owned deploy-or-not decisions backed by real money.
•Set up lab environments and established process discipline to run them.
•Engaged vendors as a peer, including roadmaps, escalations, and early access.
