Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partner activities to support product manufacture from new-product introduction through end of lifecycle.
  • •Perform engineering analysis of defective product units or sub-assemblies and evaluate results of customer feedback and manufacturing/test/quality processes.
  • •Communicate product and process issue analysis to product stakeholders and collaborate with partners to recommend and implement changes.
  • •Represent the product engineering team across all phases of larger and more complex development and manufacturing projects.
  • •Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Typically 4-6 years of experience.
  • •Use engineering tools and software packages to test, design, and evaluate products and manufacturing processes.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding material properties and hardware/electrical component design and manufacture.
  • •Use empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications, and communicate effectively in English and the local language.
