Join the pre-sales team as an intern and help potential customers understand Docusign’s value. Create platform demos and digital customer demonstration content, support training sessions and workshops, and maintain customer documentation and use-case guides. Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements to processes and products, while working as an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Solution Consultant.
