Job Summary

Data Analyst within Blackstone’s Real Estate and Private Equity technology team building analytical tools to support portfolio review, deal diligence, and underwriting. You will develop Python/SQL solutions, advance the firm’s data platform, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-value analytics and automation for portfolio analysis and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead intake and refinement of technology and data asks related to deal tracking, portfolio monitoring, and other workflows. Proactively identify opportunities for better tooling, automation, or data flows that increase adoption and reduce manual work.
•Conduct business analysis and stakeholder sessions with various teams across the firm, focusing on our Real Estate business to drive efficient underwriting, asset and portfolio management, and other workflows. This will also involve coordinating with a broader technology organization comprising product owners, application developers, and UX designers.
•Partner with global and regional teams to document best practices and processes. Champion sustainable ways of working—across intake, prioritization, delivery, and documentation.
•Develop and maintain analytical software solutions using Python and SQL, ensuring code quality, scalability, reliability, and security.
•Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data used in AI and analytics workflows, ensuring appropriate access controls, licensing compliance, and alignment with legal, security, and business requirements prior to release.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually
