Job Summary

Ensure packaged application technologies (e.g., ERP and middleware) stay healthy by monitoring, investigating, and resolving incidents, service requests, and alerts. Handle second-line support of medium complexity while meeting SLAs, updating tickets, and logging incidents. Collaborate with other teams and clients, execute and document change management activities, support automation efforts, coach L1/L1 teams, lead initial escalations, and produce trend analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and alerts to keep operations stable.
•Provide second-line support for medium-complexity issues while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
•Update tickets with resolution tasks and promptly log incidents, ensuring application services remain optimized.
•Coordinate with other teams and clients, extending support as needed and leading initial client escalations for operational issues.
•Execute change management activities carefully with proper documentation and contribute to trend analysis and disaster recovery support.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience managing platforms, including ERP, middleware, and other business-critical software.
•Moderate managed services experience, including knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and execute change management duties while leading troubleshooting processes.
•Ability to plan activities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
