Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe, effective nursing care and deliver direct and indirect services to a defined patient population using the nursing process.
  • •Assess patient outcomes, adhere to therapeutic standards, and make or recommend adjustments to meet patient care goals.
  • •Perform basic assessment and determine normal versus abnormal signs, symptoms, reactions, and general condition.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents; perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan and document care in the electronic medical record, coordinate referrals/emergency procedures, and communicate with care teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of total work experience and 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
  • •1 year of GCC experience (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply QCHP nursing/Midwifery competency framework and scope of practice.
  • •Preferred ERP knowledge, with SAP functional skills required to be successful in the role.
