Job Summary

Support the storekeeper and warehouse team with safe product storage, receiving, and dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory by receiving goods with correct quality/quantity, applying expiry labels, and dispatching using FEFO based on sales orders and transfers. Prepare expiry and slow-moving stock reports, manage recycling stock, submit daily physical stock reports, and ensure safe, compliant loading and warehouse operations, including PPE and HSE protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive new products from production with correct quality and quantity.
•Ensure proper labelling with expiry dates and follow FEFO during dispatch.
•Maintain warehouse stock control and dispatch products accurately as per orders.
•Prepare expiry reports, monitor slow-moving stock, control recycling stock, and submit daily physical stock reports.
•Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, including reporting hazards/infestations and ensuring proper PPE usage and GWP/HSE compliance for loading activities.

Key Requirements

•High School certificate.
•Warehouse-related certificate (preferable).
•Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in FMCG companies.
•2-3 years relevant experience.
•Middle East experience (preferable).
