Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula care to families.
  • •Work as an independent contractor within Loula’s non-exclusive network.
  • •Use the referral/matching program to connect with insured clients introduced by Loula’s Care Navigator.
  • •Rely on Loula’s credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment support to focus on client care.
  • •Maintain qualification requirements (CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, and/or recommendation letters as applicable).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation, or 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training plus attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support setting them up.
