Job Summary

Lead the regional finance function and drive financial excellence across multiple markets. Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, internal controls, and audit management (including IFRS/GAAP and local tax requirements). Consolidate and analyze performance to deliver actionable insights for leadership, while improving financial systems, ERP utilization, and reporting automation. Partner with business and country finance teams, and support M&A due diligence and integration as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee regional financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and compliance aligned to corporate and local regulatory standards.
•Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and provide actionable insights to leadership.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple markets.
•Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices, and coordinate external and internal audits.
•Drive improvements to financial systems, ERP utilization, and reporting processes, and support M&A due diligence and integration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
•Fully qualified CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
•8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Big 4 audit and leadership experience in a regional finance role.
•Deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, tax, and regulatory frameworks across multiple markets.
•Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong Excel and analytical skills.
