Disassembly Skilled PR07-Debone-1S

Disassemble and debone hog carcasses in a food production manufacturing environment. Operate safely using knives and knife sharpening equipment, follow SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and monitor HACCP Critical Control Points. Maintain a clean workspace, recondition meat that contacts unsanitary surfaces, and provide on-the-job training to new team members. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use required safety equipment on the factory floor.
