Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, adjust, and optimize extrusion, air, ring, printing, and downstream equipment to meet production and quality targets.
  • •Model and reinforce safety behaviors, perform daily inspections, and support investigations and corrective actions.
  • •Perform and validate quality checks, troubleshoot repeat defects, reduce scrap, and mentor operators on specification compliance.
  • •Lead efficient changeovers and equipment startups; identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve yields.
  • •Independently handle advanced troubleshooting and maintenance support (e.g., screen changes, die cleaning, printer rebuilds) and train new operators and packers.

Key Requirements
