Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the interface between service owners and finance, aligning commercial and financial objectives and translating between service performance and financial insights.
  • •Align service contracts/SLAs with financial implications, provide financial guidance for business cases and investment decisions, and perform cost-benefit analysis to support pricing and investment.
  • •Manage commercial service activities, support commercial strategy development and execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • •Monitor service performance vs. KPIs and link outcomes to cost efficiency, margin, and budget adherence; oversee cost allocation variances and validate charges for transparency and fairness.
  • •Support budgeting and forecasting, run monthly/quarterly financial closing (accruals, reconciliations, management reporting), prepare executive reporting, and ensure compliance with internal and accounting standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in commercial, service management, financial controlling, or a related role, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a service-oriented environment.
