•Provide excellent customer service to basic customer contacts by staying up to date on training and internal communications.
•Own and resolve issues and understand how and when to escalate.

•Proficient in the languages required by the process.
•Flexible shifting schedules.
•Customer-centric and able to thrive in a team environment with receptiveness to feedback and development.
