Job Summary

Own customers’ Data Cloud and Agentforce consumption plans—driving onboarding, enablement, go-live, and ongoing healthy usage. Serve as the post-sale technical lead, guiding discovery, adoption paths, governance, and change management while influencing C-level stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, field engineering, and product teams to accelerate key use cases into production, mitigate risks, and communicate KPI-driven customer health and adoption progress.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and evangelize knowledge of customers’ Data Cloud and Agentforce implementations to accelerate consumption.
•Engage strategic customers to assess capabilities, recommend actions, and align on business and technology objectives.
•Drive operational excellence for scalable consumption, ACV growth, and customer success.
•Create and execute adoption paths (current state, target future state, enablement plan) and develop mutual success plans.
•Build executive-level customer relationships and coordinate with Salesforce product, sales, and field engineering teams to advance pilots, upgrades, and production use cases.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
•Full-stack technical qualifications across CRM, data architecture, and AI/ML.
•Ability to manage and drive C-level technical conversations, facilitate difficult discussions, and handle objections.
•Experience integrating complex data architectures and accelerating business value with customers.
•Strong Salesforce technical credibility, including Admin/Advanced Admin level certifications and hands-on work with Salesforce Clouds, plus Data Cloud/Agentforce knowledge.
