Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage distribution planning (DRP) for imports, including rolling 18-month shipment plans, KPI reporting, and SKU exception handling.
  • •Coordinate supply of imported products with manufacturing plants and logistics teams, and serve as a single point of contact for supply centers and demand for product continuity.
  • •Continuously link with production sites to coordinate local production flow, monitor sales and out-of-stock (OOS) stock, and improve customer service while balancing inventory.
  • •Maintain detailed control of stock movements across the network and set up stock transfer orders (STOs) via SAP PO to fulfill stock requirements.
  • •Identify risks/opportunities to the supply plan, communicate changes to stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis, manage product phasing and slow-moving stock, and support monthly supply review inputs.
