Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Modal’s talent events strategy, including concept-to-follow-up for meetups, recruiting mixers, tech talks, and community events.
  • •Design and run the intern program end to end, including recruiting timeline, project scoping, mentorship matching, and conversion.
  • •Represent Modal at career fairs and campus events, recruiting and prepping employee brand ambassadors.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with university programs, bootcamps, and community organizations that feed the pipeline.
  • •Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, and track/report on program metrics such as pipeline conversion and cost per hire.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

  • •3+ years running recruiting/talent programs, events, or university relations, owning a program end-to-end including budget and vendors.
  • •Build relationships easily across recruiting, hiring managers, and marketing, and share credit freely.
  • •Strong project management skills to juggle multiple concurrent events and timelines without dropping details.
