Key Responsibilities

•Own the editorial voice and content strategy for a deeply technical company, from long-form narrative to launch messaging.
•Turn complex infrastructure, AI, and energy work into writing engineers and AI labs take seriously.
•Build and run the editorial pipeline of essays, technical narratives, executive communications, and launches.
•Set and enforce the standard for how Fluidstack writes across all public-facing content.
•Partner with founders, engineers, and marketing to pull the real story from the people doing the work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 346,000 - 421,000 annually

•You’ve owned the editorial voice of a company or publication and shaped how a technical audience understands it.
•You’ve written or edited work that credible, skeptical readers respected—not marketing copy.
•You can sit with engineers or founders and pull a sharp story out of dense technical work.
•You’ve built an editorial process that consistently shipped without flattening writing into corporate sludge.
•You edit hard and raise the bar for everyone who writes around you.
