Build and deepen relationships with customers by proactively reaching out, assessing banking needs, and recommending deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Engage clients in-person, by appointment, and virtually while delivering an optimal end-to-end experience, including greeting customers, processing transactions, and completing account service requests. Educate customers on digital and self-service products, collaborate with branch partners, and submit credit applications when needed.
