Key Responsibilities

•Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app expansion.
•Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
•Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
•Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
•Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams to build execution documents and resolve urgent business problems.

Key Requirements

•Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing, and sharp business judgement.
•Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
•Comfortable working across licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
•Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.
•Strong English communication and structured thinking; experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments is a plus.
