Key Responsibilities

  • •Process money market, foreign exchange (FX), fixed income (FI) deals, and fund transfers.
  • •Perform deal confirmation and matching in Treats and TCM.
  • •Maintain daily board rate and interest base rate in HUB and monitor key management information (MI) reports.
  • •Prepare money market/FX/FI returns for regulators and handle treasury vouchers and correspondence with Bangladesh Bank, including issuing instruments.
  • •Execute settlements through RTGS and EDS Money, ensure DIM and Markets FIM compliance, and perform sanctions and AML transaction screening/monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a consistent academic background.
  • •Experience in treasury operations, including foreign exchange and money market operations (plus).
  • •Familiarity with Bangladesh Bank rules and regulations related to foreign exchange and money market operations.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • •Ability to meet the Banking Professional Exam (JAIBB & AIBB) requirement to be appointed in a higher position at HSBC.
