  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations within La Plaza during setup, event, and dismantling phases.
  • •Act as the primary operational point of contact between operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders managing La Plaza.
  • •Coordinate setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with planning, quality, and safety standards.
  • •Oversee food & beverage outlets, entertainment areas, public seating/relaxation spaces, and guest services to ensure efficient operation.
  • •Monitor crowd flows, queue management, and occupancy levels, coordinating with Security, Safety, Access Control, and Operations to ensure safe circulation.
