Job Summary

Drive customer discovery and accelerate New Product Introduction for Building Automation offerings in healthcare and other regional verticals. Own the NPI strategy and roadmap, conduct market and competitive research, and define product requirements. Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to execute NPD, manage project plans/budgets, and validate via beta and pilots. Set positioning and pricing, enable local launches, and measure post-launch performance to guide continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the NPI strategy aligned with the company product roadmap and business goals.
•Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities and define requirements, features, and specifications.
•Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales throughout the NPI process.
•Build NPI project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor milestones and risks; coordinate beta testing, pilots, and market trials to validate performance and gather feedback.
•Drive commercialization and go-to-market activities by setting positioning/pricing, enabling local product launches, and partnering with marketing and sales; monitor post-launch performance and iterate using KPIs.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related roles.
•Proven track record in customer discovery, NPD execution, and NPI acceleration.
•Experience developing business case financials and creating offering roadmaps.
•Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
